This is a lovely project that I am working on. When I realized it wouldnt be done for Christmas, I put it aside, and will finish it for next Christmas.
I am going to go snuggle with my kids and and keep knitting.
See the world from my eyes, and maybe get a glimpse into my soul.

I wonder if you have the same furnace that we do. We got ours a bit more than a year ago. It has stopped working twice in the last month or so. Our furnace guy said that it is a new model and they are all having this problem. It has to do with condensation building up in a certain part and it's very easy to fix, but it keeps happening. Very frustrating. Especially the first time it happened - it was -27 out that day.
Hope yours is up and running again!
It is running again, as of 2:50! It was a problem with the connection of the faceplate of the thermostat. We never had trouble with our 70 year old furnace, and we used less natural gas!!! We are having the company look into this, because they guaranteed that we would use less gas. :) such fun.
keep knitting, and stay warm!!!!!
it's great to hear from another knitter whose furnace isn't working. remember that even a work in progress can keep you warm!
