I love, love, LOVE cookbooks that are arranged seasonally. I have two of them (Simply in Season - an MCC cookbook, and one Jason got me for my birthday called Clean Food). We've been trying to eat more seasonally and it makes it so much easier with cookbooks arranged like this.
