Do you know how often I have wanted to just whip something like this up? Often. Very Often. Will definitely be trying this!!

ohhhh how good this is! and sometimes too easy to whip up. I've never used the egg (because I first made it for Kelly The Vegan) and just increased the (soy) milk by about four tablespoons. I accidently used twice as much cocoa once AND whipping cream (because i was out of milk). My word that was the best version I've ever made. Rachels suggestion of self rising flour is great as well.
